An Easter Message from SLW Leadership

As Sisters and Associates of the Living Word we know we are called

to be witnesses to Christ alive in our world, in each other and all creation.  

As we enter into Holy Week today, here is a brief reflection we would like to share with you: 

“The resurrection of Jesus was the creation of the new bodily world,

the new way of being human, the new way of being bodily.  

The risen Jesus did not enter paradise. He IS paradise.

Heaven IS the risen Christ, the body of Christ living by love,

the beginning of risen humankind, the ultimate future of humanity.”

All of us have been witnesses these weeks of the horrors of evil in our world.

The risen Jesus is our hope for a “risen humankind” as we live its possibility by being Christ’s love for our world NOW.
