Fr. Philip Schmitter, ASLW, pastor of Christ the King Parish in Flint Michigan, received the Humanitarian Award from the Flint Club of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc.
Mary Pat Wilkans, ASLW, is a member of the Des Plaines Harmonaires Chorus. The chorus is entertaining with a free Spring concert at the Arlington Heights Senior Center, 1801 W. Central Road, on Thursday, May 22 at noon. The program will consist of selections from Broadway hits such as Annie, Chorus Line, Fiddler on the Roof, Cats, and the Sound of Music. All are welcome.
